If you make a donation via our website or submit an enquiry using our contact page we will collect your name, email address, phone number and post code at the time your submit your donation or enquiry. Please do not give us other personal or sensitive information. Other than circumstances such as unlawful activity or serious threats to health and safety, we do not share Personal Information with other parties. You may opt out of further contact from us at any time.

In Need of Help collects, processes, and retains information about you when you visit our inoh.org.au website, make a donation or send us an enquiry via our ‘Contact Us’ page. You may choose to provide us with information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, or other information, to record your donation as per our Fundraising Policy and issue you a receipt for your donation. In relation to enquiries, we will use the information you provided so we can follow up with you after your visit.
